HIPOTRUK is proud to announce the successful delivery of two units of our G1 Model 4-line modular trailers to a key customer in South Korea. This marks a significant milestone as we continue to expand our footprint in the East Asian market, offering advanced and reliable heavy transport solutions to meet the evolving demands of infrastructure and energy projects.
The trailers were delivered on time and met the client’s exact requirements, supporting their logistics operations involving concentrated heavy loads. South Korea’s transport industry demands high precision, technical compatibility, and long-term performance – all of which the G1 model is specifically designed to offer.
European Compatibility with Local Adaptability
Our G1 modular trailers are fully compatible with Goldhofer THP SL modular systems – a critical feature for operators already using European equipment. All key components, from the chassis structure to the hydraulic interfaces, are interchangeable with European brands. This enables our customers to integrate HIPOTRUK trailers into their existing fleets without expensive retrofitting or training.
Engineered for Strength and Performance
Each axle line of the G1 model supports up to 45 tons, making it suitable for concentrated cargo such as transformers, heavy machinery, and wind power components. The main frame is built using high-tensile steel and reinforced cross-beams, ensuring structural integrity under high stress.
A 600mm hydraulic lift range, powered by internal jacks and accumulators, ensures stable height adjustment during loading and transit. The trailers are equipped with internal steering cylinders offering strong, responsive turning – with a maximum 55° steering angle , enhancing maneuverability in confined or complex routes.
Smart Hydraulic and Mechanical Design
HIPOTRUK’s engineering team incorporated several high-efficiency features to improve safety and ease of use. These include:
- Overflow valve system for hydraulic circuit protection
- Integrated air and hydraulic tanks within the chassis for space efficiency
- Slew bearing design connecting chassis and suspension, allowing smoother articulation
- Compact power pack option, offering more deck space for cargo
- Choice between KOHLER diesel engines or China-made engines, depending on customer preference
The G1 model also features comprehensive four-way hydraulic piping, enabling secure multi-module combinations for future expansion or reconfiguration.
