70 Meters Wind Turbine Blade Transport Trailer-HIPOTRUK
With the length of wind turbine blades getting longer and longer, CHINA HIPOTRUK designed and produced the 4 axles 70 meters Wind Turbine Blade Transport Trailer for the wind blade transport project.
The total length of the wind turbine blade transport trailer can be up to 70 meters after 3 times extensions, which is the longest wind blade trailer in China now and can use for wind blades up to 100m in length and 35 tons in weight. Although the overall length of the trailer is up to 70 meters, we adopt high-quality steel materials and a special structure design, which makes the load capacity of the trailer up to 40ton and the extension beams never happen sag problems.
Equipped with the advanced hydraulic turntable steering system, make the steering angle of the axles up to ± 45°. Thanks to the air suspension, the height of the loading deck can be adjusted according to different roads condition. It can be used to carry different types of wind blades, such as Nordex and Siemens Gamesa to GE, Vestas, Enercon, Suzlon wind blades.
